Five wavelengths, 633–940 nm

Our pods combine red and near-infrared light. Longer wavelengths reach deeper; together they cover skin to muscle.

Reach is relative and varies from person to person.

RED VS NEAR-INFRARED

Red light (633–660 nm) is absorbed mostly in the skin. Near-infrared (810–940 nm) is invisible and travels further, into muscle. Combining both covers several depths in one session.

WHY A FULL-BODY POD

A panel lights one area at a time. A pod surrounds the whole body at an even distance, front and back, in a single session.

YOUR SESSION

Change, lie down, close the lid, relax, usually for 12 to 15 minutes, adjusted to you. Most people feel a mild warmth. Then you're back in your day.

RESEARCH

Photobiomodulation has been studied in hundreds of peer reviewed trials. We keep a plain reading list on our blog; ask us at the studio and we'll show you the papers.

Near-infrared LEDs (810–940 nm) look dark or barely glow. That's normal: they're working, just invisible to the eye.
