Enroll in our small-group EMS classes, capped at 4 participants, ensuring personalized attention and guidance from our certified trainers. A one-on-one introduction assessment upon enrollment helps tailor instruction to your unique needs and preferences.

Our EMS classes encompass a thorough warm-up and cool-down routine, preparing and recovering your muscles. Focus on enhancing flexibility through gentle stretches targeting key muscle groups. Additional exercises aim to strengthen your core and improve balance.  We incorporate Yoga and Pilates techniques and through the implementation of  gravity-assisted exercises we build strength and endurance.  Our safe and low-impact workout routines are safe and can be adapted to the needs of people of all  ages & fitness levels.
