The customer authorizes that their personal data, images, documents, reports, photographs, and recordings be provided to the company Outerworlds Associates SL for commercial purposes and will be processed by Aurora with address at Carrer del Comerç number 31 in Barcelona.

  2. Data retention period: Your medical history and billing data will be retained for the established legal periods. Contact data will be retained until you request deletion or removal.

  3. Legitimization: The legitimization is compliance with legal obligations and the consent given.

  4. Recipients: Your data may be transferred to Health Councils and Public Administrations when required by law; also to banks and savings banks if you make payments by card. We undertake not to transfer your data to any other company, entity, or natural or legal person, unless such transfer is made by legal imperative.

  5. International transfers: Not carried out.

  6. Confidentiality: The personal data you provide us will be treated confidentially. Our staff has previously committed to the duty of secrecy. Technical and organizational measures have been implemented to limit access exclusively to authorized persons.

  7. Minors: If the client is under 14 years of age, their legal representative or guardian must authorize. Please note that we may request your NIF or identity document to verify your age, as well as documentation to prove the reason for representation when necessary.

  8. Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, and objection to your personal data by requesting it in writing to the Company, enclosing a copy of your identity document. We have models available for the exercise of your rights. If you consider your rights violated, you can complain at www.aepd.es.
